Since childhood, Lisa Cox has loved creating using fabric, yarn and thread. She works by day as an occupational therapist and is an avid crafter at night. Lisa shares her sewing, craft and baking projects on A Spoonful of Sugar, a blog she established with her daughter in 2008.

Lisa has authored a sewing book, A Spoonful of Sugar: Sew 20 Simple Projects to Sweeten Your Surroundings Zakka Style. Her sewing projects have been featured in a number of books including: Just For You, Fabric-by-Fabric One-Yard Wonders, Pretty Little Presents, and Sweet Nothings. Lisa has contributed to Better Homes and Gardens Holiday Crafts, Stitch and Australian Homespun.
